Allow drag and drop a folder or file to Bridge from the OS X Finder to go to that location.

That already exists -- but dragging into a folder means to move or copy, just like in the Finder.

You have to drag to the path bar at the top of the Bridge window, or the preview pane, to tell Bridge that you're trying to navigate to the location, instead of copying or moving the file/folder.

Sorry, I said Bridge, but I mean MiniBridge within PhotoShop. When I drag a folder to the path bar, a green circle with a + appears for a split second then goes away, much like trying to get a basketball through the oval hoop at a carnival.

Ok, that's a different beast.
