Organizer in Photoshop Elements is useless with Windows 10

While the menus in Photoshop Elements 12 are big enough to be seen, that is not the case with Organizer. It is utterly useless running on my Surface Book running Windows 10.  I have found no way to zoom the overall size.  Therefore, Organizer has been rendered useless.

I would go back to Picasa, but Google is not supporting that product anymore.

So, what am I to do?  I have thousands of images with no way to search them.

Take 30 seconds to use the Windows Diplay options with 125% or 150% increased size for fonts.

Explanations (difficult to keep them short)
- Elements 12 is too old to support HiDPI or seme-HiDPI screens. You need at least Elements 13.1 for the editor.
- The editor and the organizer are two different applications created to work together, but they have been programmed separately at different periods and for different display requirements. The solution for the editor is provided by recent editor versions by allowing 200% menu fonts size (that is ignored by the organizer). The solution above for the organizer, using Windows options, applies to other softwares as well, which is generally an excellent thing.
- Using high resolution screens of small size for image editing brings only disadvantages. The drastic solution is to set the resolution of your display to a normal value.
- The worst case is with small displays with resolution over HD (1920 x 1080) and under 4K. That's often the case of the Surface book.
