During selection I would like to have checkbox, to remember selected area regardless to empty spaces. This will allow me to paste element without trimming fully transparent areas. Now I'm forced to create 1x1 px dots on corners to remain selected area.

Which product are you using?
Which version?

What do you mean by "remember selected area regardless to empty spaces"?

What do you mean by "paste element without trimming fully transparent areas"?

I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS5, and CS6 at work.
Example:
I have canvas size 1000x1000 px, in the middle is circle 400x400px. Now I select all (1000x1000) -> copy -> new document, it will be set as 400x400, instead of 1000x1000. all transparent background wont be copied.

I want to be able copy selected area including transparent background, even if copied element is smaller than selected area. This will make much easier to paste things in right place.

In other words, i would like to be able, to make fully transparent background (no color, 0% transparency) behave as visible. I believe, that image I added will be clearer.

OK, that helps explain your request.
I'm not exactly sure if it is possible, since pasting transparency over something just leave the something you pasted over.
