Photoshop: Option to lock the Options Bar and/or be able to center the options to the middle of the screen

The elements/modifiers that appear in the Options bar appear too far to the left, the larger the monitor the further they go. So, I have to use it floating in the top-center of my screen, the problem here is that the bar doesn't get locked using Window > Workspace > Lock Workspace.

My suggestion is to be able to lock it like all other toolbars, or better yet, being able to drag/center the elements displayed instead of having all the space to the right of them when the bar is clamped to the top.

That is a pretty cool idea. As someone that comes 'here' because of  I S S U E S  that I have I find out about things I never knew about. Maybe Adobe will do that and I'll bet there will be some that would like the workspace to be locked too. I just want my [copy] [paste] fixed. Good Luck!

Yeah, after many years we still have some things that look like they should have been addressed in 1995 haha. What's wrong with copy/paste?

Thank you for asking. since November of last year and a couple of tries by Adobe's technical support, the laptop checked out and additional memory (although the last two shouldn't make a difference)., when I use [copy] [paste], the last [copy] is pasted not what was just copied. I have to [purge] the [clipboard]. Sometimes I forget to [purge] and it is cool, but most of the time when I forget, I get the wrong content. That is just one issue. . . . I'll let this forum know how things work out. I have issues going! Good Luck!
