Lightroom Classic: Option to disable faster export in 'parallel', similar to generating previews in parallel

Since LR7, there has been an option in the Preferences to 'Generate Previews in parallel' which is great:


Similar improvements have been made to the export process as part of LR 7.2 (http://blogs.adobe.com/jkost/2018/02/adobe-announces-update-to-lightroom-classic-7-2.html ), I presume making use of multiple CPU cores? If so, can a similar option be added to enable / disable 'parallel' execution during export?

During export LR uses a lot of resources, so much so that I have to pause any music / video that I am playing as it skips and sometimes I just leave the computer entirely for LR to finish the export.

If there was an option, I could turn off faster export when I am not in a rush and need to do other things on the computer and leave it on when the quickest export time is necessary.

Hopefully all the relevant system info:
  • Intel i5 7600K
  • 16GB RAM
  • GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
  • LR 7.3.1 and camera raw 10.3
  • Windows 10 Pro v.1803
  • 850 EVO 500GB for OS with 250GB free
  • 960 EVO 250GB for Catalogs and camera raw with 100GB free
  • 2TB SATA III mechanical drive for RAWs with 350GB free
