Photoshop: How do I change where menus will appear on the screen based on right or left handed-ness?

Some selections are pointing in the opposite directions (example) going to Layer>new layer fill the options are pointing left instead of right where it should be.

Oh i am so sorry for not including software, it is photoshop cs5 extended and i run it on windows

Are you talking about menus going left instead of right? That's an OS preference...

Most likely if your on windows vista or 7, you can go to Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Tablet PC Settings:

Ah, I knew there had to be a friendlier control somewhere. But I didn't think to look in that control panel!
