Operational problems with Photoshop CC

I have now worked with Photoshop CC for several weeks. There are many good things to it, but I am sure that you are aware that many current computers cannot handle the memory (and cannot be altered) for 3-dimensional use, and generally on a MacBook Pro it runs slower than previous versions, particularly on the use of filters and changing photo dimensions. Using CC can be a trying process in some situations.

There is a persistent problem with Photoshop CC if the program is left open on my MacBook Pro and the computer goes into a sleep mode. The computer cannot close out Photoshop even if there is no photo or other object to be saved. If battery memory is low, the problem is compounded when the MacBook shuts down. When it reopens there are Photoshop driver problems (that fortunately can be resolved by restarting the computer).

Photoshop doesn't have drivers -- drivers are part of the OS or third party software.

Which OS version are you using?

We are not seeing slowdowns in general, but do know of some conflicts (and more than a few OS bugs) on MacOS 10.9.
