Photoshop: OnOne plug-in doesn't appear

I downloaded and installed a free plug-in for Mac called PhotoTools by OnOne. Theoretically its title is supposed to show up on the top menu line bar of Photoshop so that I can open it from within Photoshop.

The PhotoTools folder appears in the Photoshop plug-in file under Applications.

But so far PhotoTools hasn't appeared in the Menu bar, and I can't figure out how to get it open. I have quit and restarted Photoshop, but that didn't help.

Sounds like it's not installed correctly. Please contact OnOne for instructions on how their plugin should be installed.

But also, their menu modifications may not work with newer OS versions ((they shouldn't be doing that in the first place).
