You have to unzip the archived files before you can use them.

Are you unaware how to work with zipped files?

What OS are you on, Windows or OSX?

On Windows you can double-click on a ZIP and then copy-paste the files out of it to another actual folder, or maybe right-click and choose Extract something-or-other depending on which version of Extract you want.

I would assume you can also double-click and view (and copy) files from a ZIP in a Mac but I'm a PC person so am not sure. I'm sure Google knows.

Hi Chris. The Adobe management installer does not unzip the exercise files. Do I need to get another unzip program?
I am a beginner in all this technology. Did not seem to have this problem before Photoshop updated itself in the cloud!!@

What do you mean by "Adobe management installer"? We don't have anything by that name.

And if you downloaded a .ZIP file, then yes you need to unzip it with standard OS decompression tools, or third party ZIP decompressors.
