re-installing Photoshop CS6

I bought Photoshop CS6 in March of 2014. I recently had a computer crash and lost the icon opening CS6. I purchased a download and a CD. I never received the CD from Adobe. I contacted Adobe and they will not help as the no longer support this software. They told me to contact a reseller. They want to sell the program for 400 dollars for which I gave Adobe 1000 dollars. I downloaded a Cs6 program, but it asks for the disc which I do not have. Is it possible to open CS6 without an icon? Please contact me at bob4fred@msn.com. I am not really sure how to get back to this page. Thank you. BobFred - old guy.

You can just download the CS6 installer, then enter your serial number.

Where do I get the installer. I saw nothing on any of the adobe sites, and the Adobe chat person said nothing about it. If I rated the Adobe chat, it would be an F.

If you purchased it as a download from Adobe, then there would also be a link under your account details on adobe.com.
