Photoshop: How do I change eye color? (correct one red eye One light/yellow eye)

One eye on picture is red which red eye corrected The other eyen is full of ight as in a yellowish-whitest color. How can I fix this. Was too it could be done. Picture is no good without that change

Use the paint brush or sponge tool set to desaturate.

Also, if this was a person and their eye reflected white or yellow-ish where it would normally show red-eye, they should see a doctor -- because that's actually a sign of serious illnesses.

I have found a way to change eye color. CTRL J then make a selection of what you want, Face or head then CTRL J again. Pick your paint color, then paint over the eyes, when your finished painting, click the HUE layer blend button. If you have a scroll mouse you can slowly turn the wheel on the mouse and watch the eye colors change more.
