Photoshop CC 2014: Keyboard Shortcuts & Menus layout issue

Two bugs found in Photoshop CC:
1. When "Keyboard Shortcuts & Menus" is open, the "Set:" dropdown menu overlaps the "Cancel" button.
2. The Curves adjustment option randomly disappears from the Adjustment Layer menu at the bottom of the Layers panel. I know it seems impossible, but it keeps happening in the middle of my projects. If I restart Photoshop, it comes back. I have screen shots.

Which OS version are you using?
Which language?

There are already topics on the adjustment layer menu changing.

Hi Jesse, for the Curves adjustment being missing, have you tried restoring your prefs or uninstalling/reinstalling the product? It sounds like the installation may have issues.

I haven't tried reinstalling yet. Been swamped with projects. When an update to Photoshop becomes available, is that considered a fresh install? Or should I actually totally remove it with Windows Uninstall? Thanks for messaging me guys!
