Photoshop CC: On Screen Liquify Brush Resizing Issue

Hello

I love screen brush resizing feature (alt+right click drag) added since version CS5, it works perfect I can say to be addicted to it.
But I believe after some of the recent Photoshop CC updates the behaviour of brush resizing in Liquify menu changed. Now I can describe it as lagged, graduated, it can freeze forcing me to drag the cursor farther (I use wacom tablet). The same time brush resizing outside of Liquify menu works perfect.

Hello, liquify is normally a GPU accelerated filter, could you post the contents of help-system info to see if your GPU drivers are up to date?

I have same problem! Even upgraded my system because of this, bought new video card and installed clean system to a new ssd disk, changed soft and drivers and reinstalled everything for hundreds times, starting again and again. Used all tricks that I could find in the internet, but problem is still here and it is illustrated in video that I took from my screen

When I try to resize brush in liquify it jumps around and works with lag.

If I turn off Use Graphics Processor, it works correctly but very slow for my work in general. ANd I can't switch all the time between these settings. Before it worked great with graphics prosessor with same soft and everything else... I can't explain this and can't find a solution, spent 10 days and nights near computer to solve this as I need to work but can't to because of this lag :(((

My hardware: AMD FX6200 - 6 core 3.8Ghz each, 16 Gb of RAM, Video card GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4Gb,everything is installed on clean SSD disk, and I don't use any third plugins and etc.. work on Wacom Intuos Pro + photoshop CC2014.2.3, tried all possible drivers, all possible vesrions of photoshop and win7, win8, win10 ..  PLEASE somebody help! It's annoying and after watching this shaking brush it just makes you feel mad and sick! Feeling motion sickness... my direct contact is FOTOLIA@INBOX.RU if someone knows how to solve this, please contact me!
