Trying to process a refund on a now-cancelled debit card...

I cancelled a subscription I had with Adobe System and requested a refund. However, my bank's fraud department cancelled the Debit Card I used for this purchased to an unauthorized purchase. I have since been issued a new Debit Card. This is an excerpt from the emails they have sent me: I am sorry to informed you that we are unable to process the refund, as the transaction is rejected. Please request your bank not to reject any transaction from Adobe. So that we can process the refund. Your customer identification umber is: 0471161400. I have Chatted with an agent on three different times to explain the situation. They tell me to tell my bank to stop rejecting the refund. The bank said they can't accept the refund because the Debit Card I used for this transaction has been cancelled. Can anyone help with this issue?

Sounds like you need to cut to the chase and talk to bank manager directly. Most regular employee's don't care and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Sometimes it's best to talk to the boss...good luck
