I've spent hours trawling through forums reading posts by people who get the 'Microsoft Visual C+ + Runtime Library' warning - R6025 - pure virtual function call. with different adobe programs on every version of Windows, going back over the past 3-4 years. None of the answers solve the problem. Some blame plugins (I don't have any), some blame scanner divers (I don't have one). It would be nice if Adobe took more responsibility in fixing bugs.

We have never reproduced that problem without a third party plugin or driver being involved. So there is nothing we can fix on our side.

I don't have any plugins, scanner, tablet, or printer.

Well, you have something that is crashing the C++ runtime in a way that other users are not encountering - something that we haven't seen in all of our testing here at Adobe.

that sounds like a generic reply (I'm sure i've seen the same answer given to many peoples queries about the same problem), never the less, nothing else crashes on my system.

It is sort of generic - you are seeing a problem that most other people are not seeing. That implies that either you are doing something different, or something is different about your system. But we don't know what that different aspect might be. Only you know what you might do different, or what about your system might be different.
