PLEASE offer the option to use a magnetic or geometric lasso select tool. Can't do much without this and can't afford to drop the obscene prices Adobe asks for CS PS and this sadly neutered and highly disappointing image editing "tool" offered on is not much better than less reputable and unknown apps out there and I expect way more from the awesome company that created PS, which has been so very useful and "user-friendly" in all it has offered. (Have owned CS4 in the past while in school for graphic design.)

Which product are you using and requesting this for? can't do many of those tools (it's just a web site), and Photoshop Elements already has them.

Lexi, it sounds like the free Express Editor isn't right for you. Photoshop Elements 10 is probably what you need. It's priced modestly at $99 and has all the tools you reference. (FYI - Looks like it's on sale on for $79 today).

You can also download PSE and can use it as trial user for 30 days. After that you can take a call.
