Photoshop: Problem redeeming a product code.

I HAVE TRIED TO TELL CHAT THAT I CAN NOT GET A SERIAL NUMBER USING MY PRODUCT CODE. DURING CHAT THEY GAVE ME A LINK THAT DISCONNECTED MY SESSION AND IT WAS THE SAME LINK GHAT DID NOT WRK THE FIRST TIME. IT DID NOT WORK THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME EITHER. NOW IT WANTS ME TO CLOSE MY BROWSER AND START THE TEDIOUS PROCESS AGAIN. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS CUSTOMER TORTURE. HOW DO YOU SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE TO GET SOME RESULTS?

I AM TOTALLY FED UP WITH ADOBE!

What product do you have a product code for? What links are you using to try and redeem it?

Which authorized dealer? Authorized dealers can't sell older products as "close-outs."

I bought this from a University book store. I asked them specifically for an older, nn prescription version of Photoshop. This was the last they had in stock. That is what i mean by closeout. No, I have the software and need to begin using it so please make a serial number available to me so that i use the software that I purchased from a reputable dealer.

You can install the product using the 30-day trial until your serial # is processed.
