I am using a trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor, and experiencing routine failures, will these failures continue after purchasing the application?

Thankfully there is a free trial, I'm only out of time not money to learn that the product continually fails and there is no online help and communicating with the company is nigh onto impossible. My only conclusion is that the company is only interested in selling inferior products without providing the support that was expected for the price that was paid.

Hi JC, what sort of failures are you encountering? Are you on Mac or Windows?

Online help is available is you select Help>Photoshop Elements 11 Help... or by going to the Elements Help page on Adobe.com:

I was able to get thru to Chat and resolved the situation.

The program just quit, the information that opened made no sense at all, but was forwarded to Adobe.

I have a Mac

Chat suggested I try other APPS that might be more suitable to what I am looking for.

As I suggested in Chat, the names of the programs should be examined as fancy name is more confusing than helpful.

Name like, Photoshop 101, Photoshop 102 etc. would identify, at least to me, what the complexity or features of the program.

I am thankful there are trial versions, so far the only thing that has been wasted is time. The continuing failures make me very reluctant to waste time and money purchasing any Adobe product.

My attempts to access to online help were less than successful, the myriad of choices, confusing graphics and the variety of names (see above) suggests that whoever designed them has never had to use them.
