FWIW, hopefully you want MORE and SATISFIED Customers.
Please forward to the proper authorities. RE: mainly, Photoshop CS6 and Premiere Pro CS6.

So take it from an 18 year veteran and professional. I use many of your products in Digital Images and Video creative post processing. Several times, I have spent an Hour, seaching to find out what a certain choice does, sometimes with no results.

With this "Community Help" and "Adobe Help" I have found some issues:
REAL HEADACHES, Time consuming, and time is money.

New Versions, New Features, New USER INTERFACES. I am new to some of your software and some areas that I haven't used before.

1) the help is sometimes NOT-UPDATED to your current version.
2) It should be a REQUIREMENT to describe EVERY checkbox, and ALL CHOICES.
as to what it does. And not just RESTATING the CAPTION, that is obvious. We can read, too.

On the Right, under "Add a Product", it says "Premiere Pro" doesn't exist!?

Hi John, Premiere Pro is not part of the Photoshop family of products so it's not listed on our Photoshop.com site.

I'd like to understand which features or topics you found to bot be covered completely and effectively so I can share this information with our documentation folks for Photoshop (and Premiere Pro).

Can you share with me what which items you were searching for more information on?
