Revel: Not all photos imported

Adobe Carousel stopped importing all the files from the folder I specified before it was finished. Most of the photos are still not imported. (The ones in question are all JPEGs)

Hi Linda,

The behavior you describe might be because the photos are queued to be uploaded but the process hasn't completed yet. If you click the View Status button are there thumbnails for the missing photos displayed?

No, there aren't any thumbnails displayed. In the "View Status" screen it says everything is up to date. There are dates with only one photo when there are many more that should be there. This hasn't changed at all in several days. And many years aren't imported at all.

Hi Linda,

Thanks for checking that. I haven't experienced what you're describing myself. What happens if you just attempt to import the rest of the ones that didn't work again? Does it stop again or work when doing it a second time? How many photos are in the folder? Was this a folder on your Mac desktop computer?

I have been importing the photos one year at a time instead of all my photos at once. It is still working as of now so I'll let you know how it goes. Why does Adobe Carousel use so much hard drive space even when I am not storing originals on my computer through Carousel. It has still used 12.05 GB so far and I have a long way to go.
