Feedback Site: Not receiving notification emails

Since a few days I am not receiving notification emails from this forum anymore. I checked my settings and everything seems to be fine.

One thing I noticed is that I am also not getting the email verification email when triggered here:

Can a moderator or admin of this site please check if emails are being sent to me, so I can take it on with my provider? And if they are not sent, please advise me on how to fix this?

Either I am missing something, or there is none. But there doesn't seem to be a contact to an individual responsible for this forum.

So I got no choice than to double post to bump this thread.

I really would like this resolved.

Hi Alex, let me check with the forum vendor.

I haven't heard of any other folks not getting notifications - and I am still receiving notifications per my settings. I suspect it might be with your provider.

Heard back from the GetSat folks. "Can you please ask the user to confirm over the next while if he starts receiving these email notifications again. It looks like some of the emails were getting blocked, which has now been cleared. If the issue arises again please get back to us and we can look into this further."

Hi Jeffrey, Thanks for getting back to me.

I waited until now to check if I get any notifications and unfortunately I am not getting any. I am following Photoshop and Lightroom categories and there have been post in the last 24 hours. Of which I got zero notifications. If this helps, it stopped working on February 17 @23:17 (almost midnight) Central European time (UTC +2).

What did the vendor mean by "...emails were getting blocked..."? On my end or on the forum? I know that my provider is picky about HELO entries for sending domains and other spam-looalike symptoms. So I can also ask them to check if they block receiving mails.

Hi Jeffrey,

It's been a while. I didn't have time to work on this. But now I am back and would like to solve it.

I checked with my provider and it seems that there is no mails coming from "noreply.photoshop_family@getsatisfact..." to my mail-server.

Could you please escalate and further investigate the issue.
