Not happy with Elements 14 - Wish I purchased Lightroom

I purchased Elements 14 at Best Buy, and should have purchased Lightroom 6.  Best Buy will not allow returns on software for a different software.  Is it possible for Adobe to disable my Elements account and allow me to exchange for Lightroom somehow?

Seems like everyone is unhappy with Photoshop 14 - I'm certainly not going to upgrade with all the complaints.   Seems like Adobe could care less about fixing any of the problems  - really a shame.

I agree.  Adobe 14 is a disaster with Apple OS El Capitan.  Supposedly there will be a fix in a few weeks.

BTW I purchased a MacBook Pro along with Photoshop Elements, and the program runs slow!?  In addition to that, I have many gripes about this program.  It seems like more of a post to Instagram type of program, and I was looking for something a little more professional.  Totally dissatisfied with this purchase, and I see no way to exchange it for Lightroom.

Does Adobe typically respond to these types of posts?

I have no idea whether they'll exchange it, but you'd need to talk to customer services at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6 or you could try @AdobeCare if you're on Twitter.
