Lightroom: Not able to play slideshow in Lightroom CC 2015.6 on Windows 10 (Graphics Card not supported error)

After updating to Windows 10 I cannot play slideshows in Lightroom any more. I always get the message "slide show doesn't support your graphic adapter."
I use Lightroom CC 2015.6.1 and an Intel HD Graphics adapter with up to date driver.
This error is independent of having activated GPU support or not.

BTW: when pressing the "more info" button in the dialog

the browser opens with an outdated LR 5 Troubleshooting page https://helpx.adobe.com/archive/lightroom/lightroom-5-troubleshooting.pdf with no reference to my problem.

It may help if we could see your Lightroom System Info. Launch Lightroom, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Jeffrey, do you have any progress in identifying the problem?

Hi Arnold, Lightroom CC uses the graphics processor for acceleration where LR5 does not. Looking at the system info, the card failed an internal test and was disabled to prevent Lightroom from becoming unstable. This usually happens if the driver is out of date. Determine what video card you have and go *directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD)* and download the latest driver.

Just doing Windows Update won't give you the latest and greatest drivers. You must go directly to your card manufacturers website to check for driver updates.

BTW: starting a slide show in LR 5.7.1 on the very same computer works correctly!!
So why does LR CC have problems with my video adapter when LR 5.7.1 can use it without any problems?

Disappointing enough: it still doesn't work!
