I know this isn't much of an original idea, but it'd be nice to be able to switch the 'Options' tool bar's position to bottom as it was possible in version CS3--perhaps even add the capability to switch it on either ends of the user interface? Also, I understand how Adobe is trying to switch their interface to provide the users with a new experience, but the dark grey scheme seems eerie; how about also adding an option to change it to the original light grey...even allow the users to change its colors to their own liking?

The options bar is a tear off palette - you can move it to the bottom if you like.
It doesn't rearrange too well to go vertically: too many horizontal controls.

And in CS6 you can choose among 4 UI brightnesses. Changing the color arbitrarily is a bit of a problem since all the text and icons need decent contrast.
