I trusted Photoshop to transfer all my many pictures and albums to Adobe Revel, but when I signed in, I found only 1 photo, out of 8,310 I had stored in Photoshop!
Where are my pictures? Have I lost everything? I'm feeling really frustrated!!!!!

Hi Christine.

You currently have 15 photos stored in Your created Aug 2010. You currently have just one in your Revel account created 4/22/13 using the same email as your feedback. login.

The term Photoshop is often confusing to users who only use one product, because it is used in many product titles. We offer the professional software: Photoshop CS, the consumer software: Photoshop Elements, the website:, the app: Photoshop Express, etc.

It sounds like you may have been using Photoshop Elements Organizer to store your photos. Is that a correct guess? If so, then those photos would only have gone to storage if you had the sync configured and the files were there prior to migration. Only files that were stored in migrated to Revel.

Otherwise, if you believe that you had 8000+ files stored in, then they must be using an account with a different email.

Please reply and let me know if you have all your files stored in your Elements organizer, your hard drive, or in another account and I can help you figure out what to do.

You can upload your photos directly to Revel (the app for Mac, iPhone, or iPad, uploader in Android, and for pc) from your hard drive. Here is a link that might help you:
