Photoshop: Non Existent Pantone Colors

I have photoshop CS5 and I use pantone solid coated for my colors. I've got clients asking for certain pantone colors that are not available in CS5. Why are those colors out there for people to pick, yet they are not in photoshop yet? The colors right now go up to pms 7547 then skip to pms 801. Today I have a request for pms 7723, so I'm going to have to use a substitute. Another problem, is that I work for a screen print shop, and the screen printers don't have formulas for those particular new colors either.

Pantone released updates to their books after Photoshop CS5 was ready to ship.
I believe Pantone has some supplemental files available on their web site.

As for the ink formulas: you'll have to buy that from Pantone.
