Lightroom: Noise in prints with Epson stylus 1400

Hello. I just bought an Epson Stylus Photo 1400 printer to use with lightroom 6 and my Mac Pro.
At first i was impressed by the quality of the prints. But if look closely at the prints, i see a line pattern in even, mid tone, non textured parts of the image. The lines are evenly spaced, and are light. This line pattern is not obvious at first but more noticeble when looking closely at the print. The pattern of thin white lines disapears in textured parts of the image. It is a bit like noise. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like a mechanical issue (clogged nozzle)

Hello Jeffrey, thanks for your answer. You are probably right in saying that it is mechanical, but the nozzle test is perfect! I took the machine to a certified repairman, and when he saw the nozzle test he said there was nothing to be fixed...
But i got those line patterns from printing from different programs not only Lightroom I discovered. So it is probably a hardware problem. The "noise" is too regular, to be really noise.
