I HAVE CALL PHOTOSHOP.COM MANY TIMES WITH NO ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM CONERNING VIDEO PLAYBACK SINCE FEW MONTHS AGO.I DOWNLOAD MY VIDEO ON YOUR WEBSITE PHOTOSHOP.COM AND WHEN I WANT TO PLAY IT VIDEO SIMPLY CRASH...ALL MY OLD VIDEO PLAY FINE EXCEPT THE ONE I HAVE DOWNLOAD MONTH AGO..I DID NOT CHANGE NOTHING SAME PROGRAM I AM USING SINCE THE BEGINNING YOU CAN CHECK BY YOURSELF AND PERHAPS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEY DO NOT PLAY...LIKE I TOLD YOU MY OLD VIDEOS PLAY FINE BUT MY NEW VIDEOS ALL CRASHES....THIS IS MY LAST APTEND AND IF THE PROBLEM CAN NOT BE SOLVE WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND WILL ASK A REFUND OF COURSE....MY ACCOUNT IS WWW.PHOTO-CREATION.PHOTOSHOP.COM AND OF COURSE I DID NOT PUT THE VIDEO THAT CRASHE ON THE WEBSITE BUT STILL IN MY LIBRARY THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME ERIC

Eric,

Can you tell me more about the video which isn't working? Where did it come from? Was it produced by Premiere Elements, and uploaded directly from the program? What format is it in, and if you know, what codec was used to encode the file?

What is the app that crashes on playback, and do you have a copy of that video (before playback) that plays in that same app just fine? It may be necessary for us to compare the pre upload and post uploaded files, if necessary, but we can cross that bridge if we get there.
