photoshop.com no recognition of plus account except by email

I upgraded to Photoshop Elements plus(20gb of storage and scrapbooking capabilities) and my account is not recognizing this. I do have a confirmation email but even after rebooting the computer, my account still shows the free version.

Hello, did you try to log out-log in?

If logging out and logging back in do not help, are you certain you're using the same email address and password?

yes I tried that, I figured out that it had to do with my antivirus/firewall, not accepting cookies. I think that I figured that part out, by accepting more cookies. Then after about 12 hrs, it recognized my membership. Thank you for replying to my question,
