Lightroom: Where is offline help for Lightroom 4?

I'm trying to get the LR4 help up and running. Using the help menu item (or pressing F1) leads to some bloody "Adobe Community Help" program that asks (not to say FORCES) me to establish a connection to the Internet ... which is most certainly established! (Otherwise I wouldn't be able to write this message, would I?) I'm using Win7 Ultimate, company network, proxy active.

How and where can I download the LR4 help files for offline usage?

(Bloody you-must-be-online crap...)

Here's a workaround to get the Community Help app to use the Lightroom 4 HTML Help pages offline:

1. Download the configuration file from:

2. Place it in the folder per your system:

Windows (32-bit): C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\HelpCfg\en_US

Windows (64-bit running LR 32-bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\HelpCfg\en_US

Windows (64-bit running LR 64-bit): C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\HelpCfg\en_US

MacOS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/HelpCfg/en_US

Sorry for the delay.
