Lightroom: No confirmation email sent to me after the purchase and download

Hi, I have just bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 by download in Brazil a few days ago, ( AD003098728BR ) and was told that I would receive a confirmation email with serial number and other info that never got to me. Could you please verify that? Thank you, Leonardo

Check in your Adobe account and you'll probably find the serial number listed there. Otherwise you'll need to contact Adobe Support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6

Thank you both! I took note of my serial number in a piece of paper, so the software is running well, but I would like to have the email as a receipt of purchase also, I can not print anything here cause my printer is broken.

Try this:

Log in to your ADOBE support portal online account.

Look for the My Orders section and click My Order History.

On the following page, click the date mentioned below Order date. The page expands to show the Print Receipt option on the right.

Click Print Receipt to download and print your invoice.
