Revel: No access toaccount and different email address

I cant access to my Revel account and the problem is I have a different email account .
Any support phone number ????

Hi Luis,

We will need to collect both your old and your new email addresses to fix it (the email address used for your Adobe ID, not your Apple ID). I see you use a gmail address to log into the forums, is that the new one?

Hello Charly,
I can enter but I see the LUIS's Library empty, and when I check the settings they offer me Upgrrade to Revel Premum
and " 29 days of unliimited remaining"
like a new account !!!!
and dont know what happende...
can you check please

Hi Luis

I see your old email address still exists as a paid account, and a separate account already exists using your new email address -- this explains why it appears blank and as a trial account with " 29 days of unliimited remaining"

I'm chat with David B about how best to fix your account. For now, please be sure that any photos uploaded the new user account luisdelacolinausa@gmail.com are backed up safely. We will likely have to destroy the new account to move your paid account and existing images to the new email address.

The switch hasn't happened yet. Once the change happens, I your new email address should be able to log into the app, and see all the images already uploaded to the Adobe Revel cloud.

One thing I want you to do immediately is make a back up of your Adobe Revel Library file on your Mac.
-- Click on the Finder menu Go > Go to folder... and enter ~/Pictures/Adobe Revel/
-- Then Ctrl+click on the file Adobe Revel Library and choose Compress "Adobe Revel Library.rvl"
-- Instead of making the ZIP, you may instead prefer to copy Adobe Revel Library.rvl to an external drive

If making a backup of Adobe Revel Library.rvl is not possible, do not worry. All the originals you successfully uploaded are still stored online. I'm simply urging you to make a separate backup of your original images to be safe.

We will reply back here when your account is updated, and ask you to sign in again with your new email address.
