The package deal for Elements 10 and Premiere 10 from your site is incorrect for the Dutch language (Windows 7). It standard includes the win32 version of Premiere 10 and not the win64 version. The installer said I should download the win64 version.
I tried to find a solution or the win64 version but couldn't find it on your site/help suggestions. The solution, after hours, was to download the FREE TRAIL version and then activate it with the serialnumber of the package deal.
I might have done something wrong but this is not the quality I aspect of Adobe.

I have a couple questions to help me better understand what happened.

Are you using a 32 or 64-bit version of Windows 7?
Are you installing from a download or DVD's?

Sorry for the late reply.

I'm using a 64-bit version of Windows 7 and installing from a download (order number #AD002812400NL)

Hi Mike,

PRE has a separate 64 bit installer for Win 7 64 bit. If you can share exact link of download with us, we can try at our end and debug this issue.
