No Support for LR 5

I am trying to get support for LR 5. Spent 3 days online and on the phone.....Nothing. Sad. After all these years of using LR I am now importing the catalogues to Capture One. I am also trying to figure out how to get a refund for LR5.0 I purchased. There is no customer support.

3 days and no luck. Spent 3 hours on the phone today. I did talk to a sales rep who transferred me to a volume licensing and then I got transfered to nowhere...

I am a certified Phase One technician. Capture One has the best support there is out there. You will get someone with help within hours not days. It should not be this way especially if we are talking about a product purchased in Nov 2014.

Right now I think I will just ask for a refund....
