I was thinking about updating to Elements14.  I can't get support for 12 so why would I do that.  There is no real support.  You have to wait to see if someone can help.  I will be contacting the contract person and purchasing advocate for the Aafees (Military Stores) and request them take your products off the shelves because of no support.

I'm afraid NOBODY in ADOBE monitors this site! I purchased Elements 14, for my MacBookPro OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 (the latest OSX), and experience CRASHES when using the Organizer and Editor during the very basic set-up. ! have replied to Adobe sales emails with the request to pay attention to problems rather than sending me commercial , and asked Adobe to repond: BUT ABSOLUTE RADIO SILENCE! I have noticed many people having issues so I wonder what the value of Elements 14 is. Again, I would appreciate if ADOBE would react!! Thanks

Are you sure you're replying to the right topic?
Your claims don't seem to have anything to do with this topic.
Also, you might want to read other topics before making a claim that nobody from Adobe is reading this forum.
