Elements: No 'Open Images' button the Camera Raw dialog in full screen mode

My copy of Photoshop Elements 13 has not been used for the last ten days.  In that period Microsoft put an anniversary reboot of Windows 10 on my computer.

When I opened a set of RAW files yesterday in full screen mode, the buttons at the bottom right of the palette (Done - Cancel - Open Images) were not visible, until I used the toggle button to go into minimize mode.  Then they appeared in their usual place.

The identity header of Camera RAW says Version 9.0.

Please could you advise me whether this is another Microsoft hiccup or a change to the palette by Adobe?  Please could you tell me how to restore the buttons to the full screen view?  I looked in 'Preferences' but couldn't find anything useful.

Same for me. Since the last Windows update, the image area is maximized, which may be a good thing, but that hides the bottom buttons... I have to leave the full screen mode (shortcut F or small icon just left of the histogram). That choice is 'sticky'.

I've got Windows 10 and PE 14 with ACR 9.5 (check for updates in the Help menu).  Same thing - have to make window smaller to find the Open etc buttons.

Yes, the Windows bottom task bar shows and overrides the buttons in the bottom of the ACR Window.
That does not happen with the brand new PSE15 ACR dialog.

Just to clarify: I am using Photoshop Elements 13 on Windows 10.  Yes the Windows Task Bar is visible in full screen mode of ACR 9.0.  I have to minimize the palette in order to be able to see and use the 'Done - Cancel - Open Images' buttons.

Louise,
And the behaviour is the same in PSE14 / Win10.
That clearly indicates something changed by the Win 10 update. Something which is solved by PSE15. Since it's unlikely that you'll get any PSE14 update now that PSE15 is available, you'll have to change your workflow. When you start a session, you press the 'F' key to minimize. Then, the dialog stays minimized for all ulterior conversions in your editing session. A single click is not that much of a constraint.
