Since the november update of Windows 10 I lost my internet connection on my old laptop, but I could resolve that with the solution given by Microsoft. That consisted of renewing my ipadress, restarting my laptop and immediately downloading a solutionupdate. And that helped! I performed this at December 9. At December 10 I received the solutionupdate of Windows 10 also on my new laptop and on the laptop of my wife and since then I lost internet connection on my new laptop. My wife’s laptop was still working fine. The difference is, she doesn’t have Photoshop installed.
In the night of December 14 I received a Photoshop CC2017 update on my old laptop and since then the internet connection of the old laptop is failing again. So:
- My wife doesn’t face any problems, but she doesn’t have Photoshop installed.
- My old laptop had internet problems after the november update of Windows 10. This could be solved by receiving a solution update of Windows 10 at December 9 but failed again after receiving a Photoshop CC2017 update at December 14
- My new laptop didn’t face any problems until it received the solution update of Windows 10 at December 9.Now guess what? I reinstated the internet connection of both my old and new laptop by ... removing Photoshop CC2017. Everything is working fine now! Except for Photoshop .. I had to remove it. How to solve this?
