Just purchased the adobe photoshop elements 14, costco special edition. When I insert the disk it just opens the cd/dvd drive and shows the files. All are dated 9/7/15. There is no autorun file, no install file in any of the directories. I've checked all the directories - two main ones - one for adobe photoshop elements 14 and one for premier elements trial. I have Windows 7, SP1. HP desktop with 6 GB RAM and plenty of disk space. I have autorun enabled in the control panel. I tried downloading from the website as mentioned for computers without a CD drive but get system busy error.

Have you tried the instructions here? https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-ele...

Alternatively, you can download an installer from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-ele...

Thanks. The installer worked. I had Elements 8 installed and also uninstalled it before adding the installer. Thanks. I'm up and running.
