I know about 14mm because I have same Nikon but it's not 19mm. If you need any information about 14mm so tell me I can tell you about it anything. When I complete my dissertation writing UK work so do some another work like doing art work, photography.

The problem is that these lenses have no way of recording the tilt-shift settings in EXIF data. It is impossible to determine what if any tilt and/or shift setting was used for a specific image. It is possible to create a single lens profile that will work with the tilt and shift settings all at 0, but then you would have to manually record what images were shot with no tilt or shift. See this similar post with some suggestions:

I am using at this time Nikon 19mm f/4E PC, which is also known as the name of Nikkor PC 19mm/4E ED. It is designed for special intention wide-angles lens for architecture, and also for photography of landscape & cityscape. Many people refer this lens as a “tilt-shift” but actually, PC stands for is “Perspective Control”. These Lenses are using by Architecture and cityscape photographers because they work with straight lines. This tilt-shift lens has an ability to avoid the vertical lines convergence when it downward or upward shifting the lens. Now I am doing my pending work of HND Assignments in Business after completing my work, I will be come back and tell more about Nikon 19mm which all about it I know.

19mm focal length in FX/35mm format, the shortest among PC NIKKOR series lenses.
