I upgraded from PHotoshop Elements 7 to 10. After installing, I converted the last catalog and launched the organizer. After 30 seconds or so, I got the message "Elements 9 organizer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft about this problem." It then creates an error report that I have to option of sending. I spent 2 hours with Adobe support today to no avail! Can anyone help? I am running Windows XP.
