Hey guys, I wanted to suggest a feature into photoshop that I think people would love. Especially typographers haha.

There are times where I want to implement a specific character into my designs (ex: the R in the "Plak" font family) but it takes ages to find. I would love to see a little option in the character menu (or in another new window) that would allow you to type the letter/letters you're looking for then show what each font would give you.

For example!

If I wanted to use the letter R that had modern typeface look but I wouldnt know which font family it belonged to.

I would type "R" into the search bar and all "R"s in your font families/typefaces would appear with the font family derived from it listed below.

This would be a great way of searching for that one/two/(any #) letter that we search for to use in our work. Even the best Typographers who know their fonts would love to see this!

It would be similar to how whatthefont.com and font squirrel/dafont.com allow you to type sample text/letters,
