Lightroom Classic: New zoom shortcut - not possible to enter due to keyboard layouts

With the introduction of Lightroom classic several shortcuts have changed to the worse.
The new shortcuts for zooming are Ctrl+-  and Ctrl+=

It is not possible to enter Ctrl+= on a regular German keyboard: The "="-key is a key shared with the zero: if you want to write  "=", thus you have to hold shift while pressing the zero-key.

Therefore in Lightroom Classic I can only enter Ctrl+0 or Ctrl+shift0. Both are not equal to Ctrl+=, therefore nobody with a German keyboard can zoom via shortcuts anymore.
Moreover, I can also not program my Wacom tablet to do this, since I have the same problem when trying to enter this key combination there.

Result: my whole workflow is broken up now. Everytime I want to zoom, I have to take my pen, go to the navigator, choose... It takes hours more.

I also struggle with some shortcuts of the German version, which are hard to reach, cannot be typed with one hand only, also see

Ideally, Lightroom would allow custom shortcuts like Photoshop

Where did you see that the shortcut for Zoom In is Ctrl+=?  In my installation of LR 7.0.1 / Windows 10, it is assigned to Ctrl+# (see the screenshots below).

See here for other reported problems with German keyboard shortcuts: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lightroom-classic-cc-keyboard-shortcuts-for-r...

I know that it says that, but have you tried it? It is not working as stated there.
Ctrl+# is now rotating the picture. Adobe has not only changed the shortcuts, they have also forgotten to correct their German shortcut overview.
In the online help it is already stated according to the new shortcuts they use.

Thanks for identifying the mistaken Help, which doesn't match the current keyboard assignments.

"Ctrl+# is now rotating the picture."

As described in the other bug report I linked to, in German Ctrl+# is assigned both to Rotate Right and Zoom In, and it appears that Rotate Right takes precedence some or all of the time.
