Installed latest version using creative cloud, attempted to start to see if new version could print. Got error message, no application, just Click OK to close application.

Assuming you're on windows, make sure you have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 installed: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-clou...

Is the print driver up to date?

It does not get that far. I set the default printer to a Networked EPSON XP-620, a networked EPSON SC-P800, the XPS Document Writer, PDF995 (Adobe), and OneNote 16. In all instances, the program stopped working as soon as Selected Print under the file menu or pressed Ctrl P. I checked software update for both EPSONs and they were up to date. Printing from other applications works fine.
