Lightroom: Showing as trial after CC renewal

I just renewed my iCloud for a year. I previously purchased a physical copy of LR5 and downloaded to my Mac Pro. But when I check my account it tells me my LR5 trial expired. How do I connect the cloud without buying LR 5 again?

I have done a considerable amount of work on the external hard drive and now realized it is a separate catalog. Can I merge the two? What is the best way to do this?

iCloud is an Apple storage/service solution. Are you referring to Adobe Creative Cloud?

I don't see any registered product nor a Creative Cloud account under the email address you've used to post here. Is it possible you have a Creative Cloud account under a different email address?

Hmm I see three accounts under three different email address under your name but no active membership. Is it under a different name or email address?

Did you install the latest version Lightroom from the Creative Cloud application? (If not, please do)

Have you tried signing out and back into the Creative Cloud app to pick up the renewal change? http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...
