New Photoshop CC 2018 has a bug with "Interligne" (in French - "Vertical spacing between lines" in English i think). We can't manually change this value, and if we use the mouse to modify the value by clicking on the icon, it's impossible.

There's a bug as well on the 'place' function. It rasterizes the vector file instead of using it as a smart object. I reinstalled the previous version of PS just to keep my sanity intact.

More on this topic (sorry for my bad English!)
Photoshop CC2018 French
-Text Tool
-Panel character
-Interligne ""Vertical spacing between lines""
Only on files of previous versions, any interlining value encoded on the keyboard is modified by Photoshop.
Tested on Win10 V1703 and 1709 and on MacOS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6
NB on a new text even on old .psd file there are no this problem
