New Lightroom mobile ate all my phone credit and internet allowance

When I updated my Lightroom mobile app as well as the Mac app it defaulted to sync via mobile network. In a matter of minutes all internet allowance got used up as well as the credit I had left in my phone. I paid real cash for your mistakes.

OMG! You can’t make this stuff up! Adobe totally screwed the pouch on this new, “improved”, version of Lightroom.
I will NOT upgrade unless and until a new version which fixes all of these countless issues is released.

I and others have been telling them for at least 6-9 months to make the syncing on/off/pause.  They WILL NOT do it.  What's wrong with this company?  I own 1500 shares of Adobe stock and as soon at my one year hold period (for long term cap gains treatment) is up I am selling it!  This company does not listen to it's customers.

First off, sorry to hear that you used up all of your allotment so quickly. I'll definitely bring this up with the team to consider how to provide options on first launch to prevent such a scenario for future users.

@mark, there is a pause sync function available within all of the apps (including mobile). I'm sorry you feel that we don't listen to our users, it's definitely something that we're very focused on, but of course could always do better.
