New Lightroom CC: RAW Files not Syncing

I've been playing with the new Cloud based version of Lightroom CC and I've hit upon a problem syncing RAW files between the desktop and mobile versions.

I've imported in 23 RAW files from Hasselblad's H6D and X1D cameras in the desktop version of the software.  All 23 appear to import correctly and I am able to view and edit the files without any problem.

However, if I then switch to the app on my iPhone (and also the web and iPad versions), I can only see 12 of the images???

On the iPhone and iPad apps, there is just 12 of the images showing in the album, with the missing images completely missing.  However, on the web access version, the missing files come up as placeholders, with a message saying the file hasn't finished syncing.

However, the sync on all versions of the software shows as up-to-date, and I've allowed plenty of time for the files to upload in the desktop version.  I am also nowhere near to running out of cloud storage space.

I have tried deleting and re-importing, and it is the same files that are missing each time, but I cannot see any consistency with these files. ie; they are not just from one of the cameras, they are all a similar file size, and they are a mixture of portrait and landscape in orientation.

If I export all 23 of the images as JPEG's and import the JPEG's back in, they sync across all devices fine.
