Lightroom CC: Where are the HSL adjustments?

I am a big fan of Lightroom (Classic) and was very excited about the NEW Lightroom CC, however upon downloading it I discovered that one of my favorite tools, the Hue Saturation Luminence adjustments, had been removed. Many of the outdoor locations where I am able to shoot have a gross yellow tinge in the greens of the trees and bushes even with the correct white balance and HSL adjustments have always been the fastest and most effective way to correct those. Please bring HLS adjustments (and split toning!) to the new Lightroom CC! In the meantime, I'm sticking with classic.

There's a button at the top of the Color panel which shows/hides the HSL sliders, and a button at the top of the Effects panel that shows/hides the Split Toning:
