Hi friends, I do have a serious problem. Since I changed from iPhone SE to iPhone 11 PRO and also to new "premier" version of Lightroom CC (I think it is 5.0) my synchronization with my PC LR Classic doesn't work anymore. I can't find a reason for that!!! We are talking about .dng and .tiff files which I now have synchronized several times, but they can't be found in my LR Classic Folder "all synchronized images". Could it be that the new LR Premier doesn't work with DNG or TIFF? and 2) how can I tell LR Premier to stick to DNG and not convert to TIFF, since that takes relatively long to transfer (of it does at all.

2) I do have a subscription for the photo-section of Lightroom/Photoshop that included 1 TB of cloud space. Now it tells me that I get 100 GB of Cloud for LR Premier is that one of those tricks by Adobe to reduce my 1 TB ????? meaning, I actually have to pay additional 4.99 for Premier, additionally to the 9.99 of Creative Cloud AND get less Cloud space?

Please help. I need to know soon or else I can't quit my subscription

thanks for yr assistance

It sounds like you might be signed into a different Adobe ID. You don't need the Premium version through the App Store if you already have an Adobe-direct subscription. That's just for people who don't want a full 1TB subscription.

Hello Victoria, how right you are. after many conversations a.o. with Rikk, I personally found out that I had actually 2 Adobe-IDs, and after I had reconnected with my ID which I am using on my PC and iPad PRO, everything is now right and runing smoothly. the only question now is: Can I somehow cancel the 4.99 subscription to LR-Premium? Or is LR Premium simply the latest version in the Adobe-Maze regarding LR ?
Thanks so much for yr help and patience

Sorry Christian, I was out of the office.

Cancel the 4.99 subscription - yes, should be able to through the Apple App Store.
