New Laptop - how to install my subscription apps?

Hi, I have just changed my laptop after the other one crashed and burned and was wondering how I get photoshop which I pay monthly for on my new lappy

Download the Creative Cloud app from Adobe's website, install it. Then download and install your applications from there.

Did you follow the directions and install the VisualC redistributable package?

I just received the same error messages after downloading the CreativeCloud App and trying to install Acrobat Pro DC.  Any advice how to get this installed?
